Winter’s blanket of snow provides snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and access to snowmobile trails.

Besides having an amazing outing to the Wild Rapids Waterslide Park or the annual Jazz at the Lake event, guests to Sylvan Lake can also visit Jarvis Bay Provincial Park, which is great for camping or picnicking. The Sylvan Lake Farmer’s Market is open on Fridays between May 2007 and September 2008 and products include, homemade baking and other foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, crafts, entertainment and much more.

The master bedroom has a wonderful lake view, which you can enjoy from the patio doors. The dining room is generous and comfortable, ideal for relaxation after spending a day seeing the sights of Sylvan Lake or for family gatherings. For your entertainment, you will find TV's and DVD players, while all cookware, linens, and towels have been supplied. This property is non-smoking and regrettably does not allow pets.

The Captain’s Quarters is settled on a roomy plot and the deck and terraces are perfect for barbeques or just enjoying each other’s company while you take in the magnificent sights surrounding you. Only minutes away from Sylvan Lake is sailing, water-skiing, beach volleyball, swimming and boat rentals. Golfers will love that there are many, outstanding courses in the area.
