Visitors can enjoy summer's swimming and boating, fall's quiet and solitude, and winter’s skating, fishing and snowmobiling.

Attractions in Sylvan Lake include the renowned Wild Rapids Waterslide, go-karts, lake cruises, and four golf courses near to the town with another 15 courses in the surrounding area. Sylvan Lake has developed an amazing itinerary for children, aimed at keeping them happy and busy. Activities range from hockey camps, summer camps, paint balling, and swimming at the town’s award winning Aquatic Center.

Located minutes from Sylvan and situated on the beautiful Sylvan Lake is our comfortable Park Place. Surrounded by gorgeous scenery and secluded from any hustle and bustle, our home is also conveniently located close to shops, eateries and the town’s hive of activities.

Accommodation at Park Place consists of:

Park Place is a beautiful, modern four bedroom bungalow with two levels, and is in pristine condition. There are two full bathrooms, a front deck to watch the sunset and back patio with shade, to retreat to when it gets too hot in summer. The rest of the property comprises of a roomy living room, sumptuous dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The main floor features a great open plan lounge, which is tastefully decorated with hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and Berber carpet. The lower level will delight your family with its brightness, space, large windows, and its own separate outside entrance. Each floor is self-contained and the cottage is fully furnished and very well equipped. There are two TV's, a DVD player, and stereo, while all linens, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels have been supplied.

No matter what time of the year it is, the outside deck at Park Place is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The fenced backyard has a BBQ, and a fire pit, so you can enjoy outdoor meals in relative privacy. Guests are also welcome to take sunset or dinner cruises on Sylvan Lake or head over to the beach that is in close proximity to the property.
