Nipika comprises of an impressive hand crafted timber built lodge overlooking the Kootenay National Park, valleys, and mountains. Ideal for larger groups, family and friends, the beautiful lodge can accommodate 13 guests comfortably. Decorated and furnished in a luxurious classic rustic style, the lodge feature 2 upper and 2 lower level bedrooms. The lodge has 2 full bathrooms, a lovely country-style fully equipped kitchen, stunning Great Room with striking stone fireplace, and a spacious dining room leading from the kitchen. Relax and have a barbecue on the over-sized porch whilst taking delight in the astounding vistas and wildlife that frequent the property.

Nipika offers delightful hand-built self contained log cabins furnished and decorated to compliment the peaceful setting. All of the accommodations include splendid bedrooms, cozy living rooms and fully equipped kitchens, full bathrooms with shower, wood-burning stove fireplaces, and private decks with barbecue facilities. Nipika has a wheelchair accessible cabin available with a spacious adaptable bathroom and kitchen, and overlooks the serene meadows.

Nipika's Kicking Horse Day Lodge offers an idyllic setting and unique venue for banquets, weddings, conferences, with full catering and meeting facilities for up to 100 people. Relax and soak away aches and pains in the wood fired hot tub and sauna, jump into the pond, lazy on the dock deck, or spend time in the fascinating huts. A satellite telephone and full business services are available. Watch the elks graze in the meadows at sunset, sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, stargaze, and listen to the howling of the wolves and coyotes.

Explore the surroundings, fish, kayak on the Kootenay River, hike the endless trails leading from the property, take a scenic horseback ride along the Kootenay Valley, cross-country ski and ice-skate during winter. Visit the great family orientated Radium Hot Springs, or play a game of volleyball and 9-hole Frisbee golf.
