Jasper is the perfect location for your next holiday. Drenched in the beauty of imposing mountains and stunning lakes, this charming little town is home to mountain sheep, bears, wolves, elk and mountain goats; these can often be seen when simply driving down the road. Established in 1907, Jasper National Park is the largest national park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and is the most northerly of the four Rocky Mountain parks, which together comprise a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
As a town, Jasper has much for the visiting tourist to do and see – head over to one of the local museums to learn more about the town or check out the Lazy Dog Acres Petting Farm, where you can pet or even hug over 50 types of animal. Parks and Gardens are a must see when visiting here, with a scenic boat trip to Spirit Island a popular choice. The Miette Hot Springs also provide guests with a chance to soak up the atmosphere while relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
Nestled in a quiet corner of Jasper, Bear Hill Lodge offers peaceful and tranquil accommodation. The lodge’s enviable location affords easy walking access to the town's shops, restaurants and amenities while providing a comfortable refuge to return to after an active day enjoying the many attractions Jasper National Park has to offer.
