There is a small fisher wharf (approx. 1 mile) away and the beautiful Beach Meadows beach where you can swim and tan to your hearts desire. You can visit the fishermans town Liverpool and Bridgewater with there great versatile shopping places. Do not forget to sample some of the best lobster and seafood, pasta and salads.

There is great fishing opportunities on the 7,000 kilometers of coast and you can also fish in the lakes and rivers. If you need peace and quiet, then we suggest you take a canoe out onto the lake where you can be alone with nature. Other opportunities include the city tours taking you to the charming town of Lunenburg or Halifax which is the center of entertainment, culture, shopping and other attractions, hiking in the surroundings and whale watching.
