The Rocking 'R' has two cabins available, The Bunkhouse Cabin and the Hitch 'n Post Cabin. The Bunkhouse Cabin consists of two bedrooms with queen sized beds, fine linens and cozy duvets, there are bright window seats in the rooms, a bathroom with a large tub and shower which is big enough for two people, a full service kitchen, wood burning stove, a barbecue, large private deck, living area, a hairdryer, a TV, DVD, complimentary coffee and tea, complimentary robes and slippers, spa services in the privacy of your cabin, access to the hot tub and fire pit and secure parking infront of the cabin. The Hitch 'n Post Cabin consists of a queen sized bed, large bathroom, walk-in shower access to the spa facilities, a fireplace for those cold nights, private deck, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, a hairdryer, TV, DVD, complimentary robes and slippers, access to the hot tub and fire pit and secure parking infront of the cabin.
A two-course breakfast will be brought to the cabin the night before so that you can enjoy it at your own leisure the following day. You could enjoy a meal at a restaurant in Calgary or by some supplies from the local shop to make a delicious meal at home.
There are fantastic, must do, horse rides available at the Rocking 'R', taking you out for the day on great rides or on shorter rides for those you feel the whole day might be too long. For those wanting to go out all day, you will start with a breakfast and then head out on the scenic trail through the forest and the open meadows. There are two and three day rides available as well. For the golf players the Speargrass golf course is located on the banks of the Bow River and offers large greens and a spectacular views.
